Most questions — how Gold Coins are earned and spent, why ads appear, what data the app collects, how to turn off ad tracking — are already answered on the FAQ page. It is the fastest route to an answer.

Reporting a problem

Include the following in your email so we can reproduce the issue without a round trip:

• Device model — for example, iPhone 14 Pro
• iOS version — Settings → General → About → Software Version
• App version — shown in the app's profile or settings screen
• What happened — the exact steps you took and what you expected instead
• A screenshot or screen recording, if the problem is visual

Reward and Gold Coin questions

Gold Coins are a virtual in-app prop earned by completing in-app tasks. The current earning rules, valid period and redemption thresholds are published inside the app and are the authoritative source. If a completed task did not credit, email support with the task name, the approximate time, and a screenshot of the task screen.

Note that automated tools, fake task completion, multi-account arbitrage and reward brushing violate the Terms of Service and can lead to reward clearance or account termination.

Privacy and data deletion requests

Under GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and other applicable laws you may request any of the following by emailing [email protected]:

• Access — a copy of the personal data we have collected and stored about you
• Correction — fix inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Deletion — erase your personal data where it is no longer necessary or you withdraw consent
• Withdrawal of consent — revoke authorization for data collection and use
• Objection — object to personalized data analysis and targeted advertising

State clearly which right you are exercising and include the device the app is installed on, so we can locate the correct records. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Turning off personalized ads

Personalized advertising in Reel Joy depends on the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), which is only collected after you grant App Tracking Transparency permission. To revoke it:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone
2. Go to Privacy & Security → Tracking
3. Turn off the toggle next to Reel Joy

Ads will still appear — they fund the free service — but they will no longer be personalized using your IDFA.
